As a high school grad and amateur writer, I want to do something meaningful to commemorate this unprecedented year. I challenge myself to write an 1800-word story every day for 27 days. I had been collecting my drams for months and will base each creation on one real dream I had, which I will present with authenticity and originality. I will pose stories daily on my website and Instagram account.

To support me through this challenge, you can donate any amount to this account. I will donate all money collected to CanadaHelps Covid-19 HealthCare & Hospital Fund, an initiative by CanadaHelps.org to fund personal protective equipment (PPE) for Canadian health care workers. 

While COVID-19 confines us at home, our health care workers are fighting on the front line for Canadians’ lives. They are being exposed to the virus constantly and are at a much higher risk of being infected, just so we can be safe. Health care workers need PPE, and together we can contribute to their safety.

This means a lot to me, as well as to all health workers benefited by this initiative. I thank you in advance for your benevolence.

To ensure donations reach charities easily and efficiently, charities must be one of the 20,000 charities registered to receive funds electronically from CanadaHelps. Funds will be transferred bi-weekly, subject to a minimum of $3 per charity.
